How did you get started?
I wanted to make luxury accessible and sustainable. This is when I decided to source pre-loved items and give them a second life, by reselling them affordably.

Is everything you sell authentic?
Yes — 100%. No exceptions made. Ever. Every piece I sell is authenticated several times before it reaches you. I also pay to use third-party authenticators. Furthermore, selling counterfeit goods in any capacity is illegal and have huge economic and legal consequences. I take my reputation extremely seriously and will NEVER sell counterfeit goods under any circumstances. To learn more, please click here to read about the implications of counterfeit trading.

Where do you get your products from?
I purchase from trusted, licensed luxury dealers, auction houses, and other luxury retailers.

How do you package your items?
Our signature wrapping is an experience in itself and I hope your enjoy your unboxing experience. I am on a mission to use luxurious, beautiful packaging that is also eco-friendly. Just as your luxury goods are pre-loved, I have chosen to use packaging that is totally recyclable and/or reusable. All of our signature packaging, including shipping boxes, wrapping paper, stationary and enveloped are plastic free — with one exception. Our clear protective bags are used to protect your item from moisture during shipping. However, we vow to cycle out and replace our plastic bags with compostable versions as I run out. I source packaging that is from post consumers, use soy-based ink and aim for everything to be recyclable, reusable or biodegradable.

SHIPPING POLICY
Once you place your order, your order is confirmed. (Yay!) I will also reach out to you in person shortly after receipt of your order to personally thank you and confirm your order. I ship same day, usually within hours of receipt of your order.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, as per platform terms of service. However, your are always protected as a buyer should you have any issues with your order. Please reach out if you have any problems at all. I’m here for you and I’ll make it right. (Promise!)

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All sales are final, per the selling platform’s terms of service. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, and we are not able to cancel on request once processing has begun.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded.
Your order cannot be cancelled if it has already been processed, shipped or fulfilled.

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number, which can be viewed via USPS or FedEx, depending on which carrier your order is shipped through. A friendly reminder that I always get your order out the door and shipped immediately, usually within hours of purchase but I cannot control the speed that it arrives once it is out of my hands.
